For Clients

When applying for legal status in the U.S., your lawyer may recommend you to do a psychosocial evaluation to help add very necessary evidence to your case.

Psychosocial evaluations are useful in a number of cases, such as:

  • Extreme Hardship
  • Removal of Conditions of Inadmissibility
  • Violence Against Women’s Act (VAWA)
  • Asylum
  • Humanitarian Visa (U-Visa)
At The River Beneath Counseling & Advocacy, we can help you go through the difficult process of sharing your story in a setting that is safe and welcoming. Our fees are competitive and we work with families on a case by case basis, whether you can come to our office or we have to visit you at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma.
